Back in 1999 we set out to change the way counselors manage injured worker cases. Today, our software has transformed the disability management industry.
In the 90's keeping track of voc files, forms, and billable hours was tedious, time-consuming work. Latitude changed all that.
Each morning, cases and developments auto-magically appeared in counselor's email and desktop (gone were the days of hunting the state site for updates.)
With information organized in one place, VRCs created correspondence and other work from templates, using data already in their system. No searching! No re-typing!
Integrated eFax, eMail, and contact management made delivering files a breeze. Counselors sent and received work directly from the software they used to manage cases.
Latitude's case noting and invoicing tools finally slayed the time and billing dragon. VRCs could focus on producing better outcomes for their client; Latitude helped them get paid.
